Chickens not laying

Hey y’all my chickens aren’t laying at all and haven’t laid in over three months. They have access to fresh food, water, layer feed. Have been wormed, and they do not have any parasites. I’m at a stand still and At the point of culling the lot and starting over. There are all 3 years of age. I’ve went to the vet she said there okay, just older... can chickens just magically become infertile?

Productive longevity is largely breed dependent. Some birds lay throughout their lifetime at decreasing rates. Others, especially sex links and other high producing breeds, are basically done after 2 years. What breed are your hens ?

I have 2 white leghorns, one belvander, and two that I have no clue what they are, and 3 black sex links

Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for a week or so can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. Fake eggs/golf balls in the nests can help 'show' them were to lay. They can be confined to coop and maybe run 24/7 for a few days to a week, provided you have adequate space and ventilation, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.
