My chickens have all but stopped laying eggs. I have 10 chickens, which are two years old, and I have 4 that are almost 6 months old. We did get rid of our rooster as he was becoming so aggressive, but that is the only change we’ve had. Today, there was one egg, but it wasn’t formed correctly and was rubbery. They mainly get laying feed, but I do throw out scratch for them every day. Any suggestions?

If you live in the northern hemisphere, your older birds maybe ramping down production for molt and the winter break, not unusual to get funky eggs around molting time.
.
How long have the younger birds been laying?
Not unusual for new layer to drop a few softies,
can take up to a month or so for thing to smooth out.
I'd cut out the scratch for a few weeks and see if things improve.

I live in middle Georgia, so it is still hot here. The young birds haven’t started laying yet, but maybe that was one of their eggs.

Could be!
Here's some tips on how to tell:

I live in middle Georgia,
Here's how to add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!
