What a fabulous opportunity to be raising kids on Orcas. Orcas holds a special place in my heart. My grandparents retired on the island. We spent many summers there growing up.

Well now I have 6* of separation with you too.
We lived in the 16th and went to school in St Germain-en-laye. I remember the roar coming from the stadium on match day.

Will the children help with processing?

That's the plan. I think it's important that they are involved and know where their food is coming from. At the same time, I want to introduce them to everything in a way they can understand without becoming overwhelmed. I sure have my own vivid memories of being a kid and helping with the butchering!

Me Too! We had a production line for processing. I am very good at processing even after decades away from it as a child
