Chickens or roos

Wanting to know if the white speckled ones are hens or roos and the breed. I believe one of them is a roo with the longer tail.

They are all chickens. The white ones are both cockerels. They appear to be some sort of mutt.

We were told they would exchange them. They raise them where we purchased them. I also already have a neighbor interested in one
