About half of my chickens are molting (atleast I think cause half of them don't have any feathers on there back). So most of them have some feathers coming back but they always end of pecking eachother remaining feathers off. Is there any ideas on how to stop this?

That doesn't look like it's from molting. Possibly from the Rooster. You may want to get some saddles if you come to that conclusion. There should be others weighing in on this to help.

That looks like rooster damage to me, not molting or parasites. You need to make some management changes. How many birds and how much space do you have? Some folks have good luck with saddles for the hens. At the least try spraying some blue-kote on the bald areas to keep the other hens from pecking the feathers that are re-growing, then think about why you have your rooster and if it's worth keeping him.

x2 Can you give dimensions of your run and your coop? It looks like you have quite a few hens, but I agree that that looks more like rooster damage than molting. He's apparently a busy boy!
