Hmmm. I don't think chicken pee is the problem.

I get water on my floor and my roof is not leaking. It took me a couple of days to figure it out.

See how the run door is in the "up" position. In a very hard downpour...we have had a lot in Maine this year...the rain runs fast enough to pour into the coop.


Does your door stay in the up position during rain storms?

both doors (1 for me to come in and 1 for the chickens to go in/out to the pen) are not close to where the issue is. I will try to get some pics and show it better.

This picture was taken as I walked through "my" door. Their door is on the other side of the coop straight across from where their boxes are. I am finding the "liquid" on the top of this box, always in the same place. The 3 older girls sleep on top of this box at night, where the shavings are.
