I've searched the Chicken Poop Chart and can't find this on it so thought I'd ask here if anyone knows why this chickens poop is like this?

Some background: I have 3 - 3 year old layers. In May I added 2 new chicks. They were a month and a 1/2 old when I added them to the flock and they had been in quarantine for a month. I didn't want to take any chances. Once I moved the younger 2 to grower feed, and they were let out of the run during the day, the older 3 would get into the run and start eating their feed. I noticed that one of the older girls started having diahrrea. I figured it was probably because of eating the grower feed so I made sure that I kept the run sealed off from them for a couple of days and added some vinegar to their water, and it went away. They still get in the run to the other food occassionally but not as much. So when I went out this morning to clean off their poop board, this is what I saw. I know it's only one of the chickens because the other poops were all OK.

They did have watermelon yesterday so I'm hoping that maybe this chicken again got into the grower feed and combined with the watermelon, this is what happened? I'm at a loss but if this is something I need to have her treated for I'm clueless. Any help that anyone can provide would be very, very appreicated!! Thanks so much!!
