It is a rooster and I was finally able to catch a picture while he was crowing.

Those are pretty, I have 3 roosters out of 8 chickens

I wanted all hens but we get a wake up call so I kind of like them

Are you keeping all the roosters? Getting more hens?
I had one rooster (surprise roo) with my 5 hens and lets just say they were getting worn out

All I can say with 3 roos and 5 hens......yikes! LOL
