Chickens roosting in tree at night

Space sounds great!
Lots of roost length in there?
Are all 18 birds female...and did they grow up together?
All female, they grew up together. I bought all of them when they were a week old. Maybe I need more places for them to roost. The whole lot seems to like it high. I have found them on the second floor of the barn. I have caught the neighbors dogs from a mile don the road on my property. I shot at them and intentionally missed. Just wanted to scare them. They have not been back in over a week.
If their is a predator, the Guinies sure are quite. They usually let me know when something is not right.

You have guinea too?
Do they have a coop?
Or are the 2 chickens joining them in the trees?

Good rule of thumb is 12" of roost length per birds.
There are many reason a birds might not be happy in the coop.
Might have re-home them by confining to coop and run for a week.

Guineas have their own space in the coop, they like the other end away from the chickens. But they mingle just fine. I only have 5 Guineas.
