Chickens sneezing when eating scratch?

I have been feeding my hens chicken scratch from my hand in an effort to get them to be more friendly and less flighty. I noticed something weird, though. While they are eating out of my hand they seem to sneeze every once in a while! I have not seen them sneezing at any other time, so I don't think they are sick. Could they be breathing in some kind of dust from the chicken scratch that is making them sneeze?

Ya it's the dust. When you feed them let the scratch settle in their food bowl for a while so all the dust can escape from the food.
