Chickens staying sick - I've tried almost everything - please help!

Hi,
So, I've been mixing the DE with the food, feeding yogurt, and just finished the antibiotic. I gave my girl a warm bath and picked away all the hard crusted poop and sat in the sun with her in a towel while she dried. Later that night, she was still on the coop floor, in the corner, huddled, and still had liquid diarrhea. The other girls seem fine. She still runs to me and gets her treats, eats, and drinks, but every morning, there's a giant puddle under where she huddled. What do I do, should I cull her? It seems so sad.

Update - HI, I just wanted to update on my situation, in case it helps anyone else. I wormed the girls finally, and one died the next day, just dropped. The other was very hunched (even more than before) and eventually laid or pooped a giant compacted light brown thing that looked like a piece of intestine. It was hard and when I poked it with a small stick it almost looked like compressed wet shavings. She was so unhappy and looked horrid, so I cowardly begged my husband to finally let her go in peace. I feel I will never know what she really had, but she was a few years older, and I didn't see the need to keep her suffering. thanks.

Sorry for your loss. Sounds like your birds may have had a heavy burden of worms. Depending on the wormer used and the extent of the infestation, once the worms are dead they can clog the birds system.
