hello and welcome! I am not a chicken expert, but there are many others here who can help you. I’m more of a duck person, but I’m happy to welcome you to BYC.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Hi all,
After two months of being together the older chickens are still pecking the newer ones. What can I do and when will it stop? They are not pecking to hurt them but the newer ones are scared and traumatized.
How many older birds are there?
How many younger birds are there?
How old are the younger birds?
What is the total size, in sq ft, of their coop?
Their run?
What is in the run?
Can you please post pictures of your setup?

Five are older at 5 months, three are 4 months. They are in a coop area 9 x 6 and a run that is 15 x 3. Coop is 5 x 6.

Hello and Welcome to BYC. Glad that you have joined this poultry loving community. I can't be sure but it sounds like they are just establishing their pecking order. By the time the youngest are 6 months old they should get along if they are no extremes in size or things such as head feathers that the top of the pecking order birds don't have. This has been my experience. If you double your coop size that will be the single best thing you can do now IMHO.
