There are many reasons for this, first of all stress of predators or dogs can cause them to stop laying. The feed they’re on might cause this or they might be sick birds are very good at hiding illness however I doubt this is the case because you say this has been going on for two months now

It can be stress, heat, and a number of things. If they’re that young they’ll start laying again at some point. If they’re healthy I would not worry. Just try to find out the stressors. Making the run shorter could have done it too because of the change.

Also look everywhere even in shavings for eggs because sometimes they hide them.

Continue doing what you’re doing. Offer feed, oyster shells on the side, and be patient. They will lay again.

A bit more info would help.
First question is, do you free range?

What does "shortened run" mean exactly?
How big is coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help here.
How many birds total....and all the same age?

Why did you change feed.....from what to what?

Why are you adding a male?
That is likely to make things even more stressful...and affect laying.

Oh, and... Welcome to BYC! @Lassiegirl
