We've got 18 Red sex links.... they are incredibly noisy. Their Poultry Palace is a good thirty feet from the barn and I can hear ALOt of them from the far end of the barn. Over the cow and the 90+ meaties. When we first got them and I was inside doing chores, I thought the dog got in there and was eating the poor thing. Ran in ready to save the day and turns out Beaky had just laid an egg!
