I uncover the nesting boxes and set up a roosting pole in front of the nest boxes for them to access the nest?

You can uncover the nest boxes now and put golf balls in them, this is the week to start them on layer feed and make certain that they have some free choice oyster shells.

I'm not getting many eggs. Is there any harm in still giving the birds starter/grower and free choice oyster shell? The eggs have been hard.
