So this one is doing ok. I am so glad that after it passed I was able to learn more and actually change my opinion on it. I am kinda irritated though that the time period wasn't one of the things that was focused on..... That makes all the difference to me.

I always find that there is little real information and more hysteria and scare tactics promoted with any bill that will effect a major change. It is always a pain to dig for details through the quagmire of _________!

It becomes effective on January 1, 2015. So they have about 6.5 years to get everything up to code. I am happy that this passed. After seeing about 6 hens stuffed into a tiny battery cage, its disgusting.
