Chickens with feathers on their feet ... are they hard to care for?

I have Lt. Brahma's, Black Langshan's and Salmon Fav's and granted they are only two months old, but I haven't had any problems with them yet. The Brahma's are the friendliest and boldest of the feather'd pullets that I have. I always thought that the Salmon Fav's would be the sweet ones, but mine seem to be skittish and aloof. My Black Langshans are curious but cautious, and great temperment when being held.

I would love to have some Brahmas but have been told that they are "difficult" to care for because of their leg/feet feathers. They can't get muddy or wet? Is this true? Do I have to go to special lengths to keep birds with feathers on their feet?
no there not super easey
