I have a roo and a little hen that have yellowish lumps all over their faces. when I remove the lumps they had a bunch of smaller lumps on the inside that still seem to be connected to him, I don't know if it's scar tissue or part of the lump. I assume this is a fungal infection but please help as I don't know how to continue. Here are some pictures. Sorry about the title, I was in such a rush when I wrote it I didn't look hard enough to notice. These are chickens, and turns out my entire show flock is invested. There have only one spot but I've only got the two with more than one and I just found a tiny one on the hen's eyelid.

Looks like fowl pox. I would stop messing with the lesions. It should run it's course in about 6 weeks. It will get worse before it gets better. It's generally transmitted by mosquitoes.
