Apologies if this is a duplicate post- can't find original

I have previously posted about this hen l. 11 months old coming out of a heavy molt. She's started having slow crop during the molt and favouring water over food. He crop was not emptying over night fully and would wake with a hard lump that was doughy.

I've been working with this hen for over 2 weeks now with no luck.

Shes massing watery stools with poo chunks in. When I massage she masses more solid.

I've tried oil, coconut oil, probiotics, gits, digestive enzymes, papaya, yogurt. The list goes on. When I think I'm getting somewhere it takes a turn. She's so skinny. But is happy foraging and being a chicken.

This morning it feels doughy. I've delt with typical sour and it's not that. Nor do I think it's completely impacted. I've read that monistat can help

I've managed to get some shipped. Is this worth a try as I feel I'm running out of options. If so, how much and how often?

Additionally fetal float was negative and she was laying up to point of molt and symptoms starting.

Please help im worried I'm running out of time

You can use the miconazole cream 1/2 inch given orally twice a day. With a doughy crop, I would continue offering 1 tsp of chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces to peck. Then massage the crop several times a day to break it up. Make sure she is drinking plenty of fluids, and has access to granite poultry grit. Usually when crops slow down, there can be a problem with a reproductive disorder, infection, cancer, or water belly that is putting pressure on the abdominal organs. It could be slow due to her molt. I would only let her eat easy to digest foods, such as watery chicken feed, scrambled egg, and perhaps a spoonful daily of yogurt. Here is a good article about crop problems:

Thankyou

I started the treatment today and given more some coconut oil which she which ate for once.

Shes been having watered down pellets, buttermilk, eggs, and some cooked pumpkin.

She doesn't do wellnbeing confined so I try to keep her in the house for part of the day and then back to flock when she's looking depressed/ lost interest.

During which time she's having massages. I brought her in just now to try and massage again but she wasn't having any of it. Where this morning she was comfortable with me doing it.

She drinking a lot! And has access to mixed grit. Which I seen her pecking in earlier today.

She was laying and seemed healthy up until point of molt and symptoms starting. So I'm hoping that this may be due to a molt but having a feeling it might be something else. She's the sweetest hen and it's breaking my heart.

Ive had a hen with water belly before and it definitely isn't that.

She is a funny looking hen though. Only half the size she should be compared to others of her breed.
