Did they get the hang of it yet? If not try putting some scratch, treats, wet some feed(make a mash) and keep sticking it in the opening. It does take a little time, until they get the hang of it, but it's well worth it.

I’m having the same issues. Should I remove all other food so hunger takes over? I still have my other feeder in there for fear they wouldn’t get any food.It will figure it out now that some have. Hunger will take over any fear of a new thing.
