Over the years, I've added on to my run in order to solve problems such as those being discussed here. Unless space is at an absolute premium, enlarging your run would go a long way toward solving conflict problems.
My run has add-ons in every direction so there are wings going this way and that, creating a complex environment that chickens really enjoy. I'm able to close off any wing as needed, as I'm doing presently due to fights over one laying nest box. Previously, I had added another coop at the end of this one wing to house the roosters, so there are laying boxes there.
Separating the brawling chickens is really the only cure that I know of. Other than eating the bullies.
