Chickens Won't go out

My hens are 14 weeks old and have grown to this point inside. I have just opened thier coop up to an outdoor run, and they will not go out. Any ideas? Or just patience?

Drop some food out there. Highly motivational. And, yes, patience.

Check out my post on my blog (link is in my signature) called "Sunshine, Glorious Sunshine" on March 11th. I chronicled with pictures and words how I got my chicks to go out the doors of their coop into the run. It took a while, but once they got it, they LOVED it and now they run out the doors everyday as soon as I open them. Hope this helps!
