I want to raise more chickens need to know how many I can have I have 6 now I live in Meridian Idaho need to know the law

Call your local city hall or animal control office, they can best advise you. Are you within Meridian city limits? Everything out there runs together (old stomping grounds)so knowing just where you lie (ie under city/county jurisdiction) will be key

According to this is says "no maximum number, roosters allowed" for Meridian, Idaho.
