I wanna just relax and enjoy the GORGEOUS weather today--especially after all the stress of yesterday. I still have to clean my Serama cage though, i did not get it done yesterday.

need, need one, when has that mattered. cindy should have one!!

I think my family would have me committed.

Your family would commit you for getting a pig, but they bring home a Jeep full of junk! Maybe you should commit them !

I try to sneak it back bit by bit. My biggest problem is Katherine is home on dump days and has to come with me when I go.

yes, i would clean out the toy box when the kids were at school and dark trash bags and out with the trash

I gave Big Brother Big Sister 6 bags of stuff last month. Clothes, toys, anything I could pack up in my one free hour.

Make a game of it, everything not worn or played with in 3 week periods get to be gone through and donted to a charity with one (only one) new toy per child.
shows them that doing a good thing for the less fortunate has a small reward.

I don't let them bring anything home unless something(s) goes back. It's when Daddy takes them it gets complicated at times.

Last year I packed up the minivan full of baby items for the salvation army. They wouldn't take it. It all ended up at our swap shop.

Thrift shops are getting VERY PICKY about what they accept now. I had a large bag full of nice stuffed animals---i even washed and dried them first, and many looked like new, just no paper tags. The thrift shops and salvation army wouldn't take them. In the end i gave the stuffed animals to the humane society for dog toys. They were thrilled, especially that half the bag was plush Easter bunnies!
