poyo i have gold sexlinks for you.

Do tell....can't wait! LOL...how's the van?

I also have many black & barred mixed chicks: BR/Orp/Astralorp/Dominique mixes....some are all black some are barred. Apparently Tank is feeling just FINE... They are from my own flock & not hatchery stock. Straight run but I've found the roos mature quite early showing spurs & very fine combs. Some pea combs some rose comb (did I say that right)

I also have a few white chicks, Delawares...I think, some a pure white with yellow legs & some with black on feathers....I've hatched so many this winter & spring I've lost count....loses & all, any one know of a white sex-link, pure white?

Van is soooo great, cant thank you enough for it.

Sorry to hear about your fisher cat problems.

I had a raccoon break in and kill half of my outdoor chickens a couple weeks ago. This was after two years of no problems. Sucker was huge - must've been 25-30 lb. He climbed the chain-link fence and managed to squeeze through an 8-inch gap between the cable ties holding the top netting. Grrrrrrrrr

I have since replaced the plastic netting with chicken wire and secure it every 2 inches. I also installed an automatic chicken coop door opener/closer. It's on a timer and works like a champ! This is where I ordered it from: http://www.discounthomeautomation.c...unc=displ&strfnbr=30&sesent=0,0&prrfnbr=16357 I highly recommend it to any chicken owner. Well worth it for peace of mind.

Thanks...but it or they got my 2 pups & not the chickens. I have that wire mesh netting all around.
And I broke my chicken coop door (don't ask) so I really have to secure it at night....you would not believe what I use!
It's just been a crappy April all around for me....May can't come quick enough!

Ok, hope you all dont mind useing our home bathroom, i got back up on the porta potty, so no porta potty this time around.
