Did anyone see me there? I was with my little siblings and my dad. We brought the huge and naughty RIR rooster. hehehe

I saw you there. I should have mentioned the Roo sooner but wasnt sure if I was going to get rid of him. Let me know if you want him or not.

I remember you now, I had the black vehicle with the cage and the black roo and girl cochins. How are the buff ones doing? Scooter and Lucy came from melilem too and they are sweet little ones! Also Lucy's friend came, Kathleen...weird names for chickens, but they don't seem to mind!
Have a good day!

They are doing great. At first we thought the smaller one didn't look too good, but she's doing great now! She's almost as big and fluffy as the older one. The bigger, fluffy one is named Pumpkin, and the little one is Poppy. Very cute chicks! Both are doing fine.

The Splash Cochin is good too.

Spook- were you the lady who gave us the chick starter feed?

I will ask my dad if he's still interested. I don't know if he is now. He keeps saying that we shouldn't get any more roosters, since we already have Marty(the RIR rooster, who is brothers with the one we sold to melimem) and we now have the Splash Cochin rooster. But maybe he will sell the 2nd RIR rooster and be interested in the buff one you have. I will call and ask him.

Is he a pure buff orpington rooster? How old?
Thanks!

Are there gonna be any more chickenstock meetings any time soon? Or are they not until Spring?

Yes, I was the one with the chick starter feed. Duh, I should have realized that!!!!! lol.
I don't know if there will be anymore Chickenstocks, its pretty late in the season and most people like new chicks. If there is one, I'll be there!
Did Wilderness get one together in Skowhegan? There was word on it.
Glad the babies are doing well, my Penny still will not get along with Scooter and the two girls. Grrrrr. Eventually they will...I certainly hope!
Take care,
Kel

The Buff Orpington Rooster is about 5 months old and a pure Buff Orpington. He was hatched in May

mmm....our hens are 4 months old.

Yes, that's what I thought Spook. Probably too late in the season! Oh, and thanks so much for the chick starter feed! The little girls love it!
