great, thanks! looks like your thread has a lot of replies, so i couldnt find the info threw all of that.. lol i think you will have a good show of people that day, wish i could go.

you crack me up, following around the smart people, i think people could get some good info from you as well, i am going to try the meatloaf. the dh hates hamburger, but maybe i can trick him.
 
You can also use ground turkey with bullion base liquid, toss in poultry seasoning, stuffing mix/corn bread and cranberries, use lots of veggies (stretches it). Then you have turkey and the liquid just thicken it with corn starch and you have gravey....(no need to wonder why I am the size I am!!!!)
I know folks use flour to make a gravey, I dont know if you could put that in while your cooking it or not.
