right now i have almost 2 dozen showgirl eggs in my bator, and i think i see about 7 forming, i am not sure how they are going to so, becouse i have major bator promblems. but i am going to get a new one this week.
And i am looking into getting some lavender showgirls.

OK. Need some different color showgirls here... Sarah has the Partrigde and her whites. Got them all together right now (I know), but they were raised together and never seperated them. What she needs now is a couple of white silkie hens. What other colors would work with the partridge? Out of the chicks hatched so far there are 7 showgirl and one normal.
Want some buff ones. What would that take? Maybe a white showgirl roo to a really dark buff silkie? Buff showgirls are not too easy to find and when you do it's more than her (and my) allowance
buff is diluted red. it would be worth a try. the only problem with white is that it could be covering another color. if your partridge is from me, both grandparents are white. I bred a partridge showgirl to a white silkie and got both white and partridge chicks. This year I bred a white from a different blood line(not knowing her genetics) to a splash silkie and got blue so I must have pulled some from her background.
