Yes in some parts of Australia Dingos are very common and yes they can be kept as pets with a license if you are keeping pure dingoes....
its very common in some parts end up with a pup that has been bred with dingo.... my boy barks like a normal dog during the day... but howels and growls at night like a dingo.... it’s very comforting knowing that he looks like one breed sounds and acts like 2 breeds...lol... no one and nothing is game to enter my yard in pursuit of my chickens or ducks...
