My cats live in a dog trainers house.

They know tricks, and are generally well behaved. Tolerate nail clipping, and general brushing well. They both hate tooth brushing though.

He is castrated and the neighbors don't have a female so

Stops her from going into heat and being annoying as frick (have you ever owned a intact female? UGh annoying!), and she sneaks outside, we didn't want her coming home pregnant.

Like, its impossible to keep her inside. If you open a door, she runs as fast as she can out the door.
