Take her out every 30 minutes, after eating, immediately after a nap

if she stops what she's doing and is sniffing around, take her out
if she pees inside, pick her up to interrupt it and immediately take her out

It depends, but try to do a lot of confidence building exercises to help it along

it also sounds like heavy corrections may not be for her, so keep it light

Keep in mind she's been home one day and it's a huge deal considering how far she travelled and how different our home is. I can't really tell if it will stay an issue or just a result of travel and sudden change.
