Why can't dogs just have standardized colors like chickens!!

Like Spangled Russian Orloffs and Spangled Hamburgs? (Different genes, different appearances)

Or Speckled Sussex, Millie Fleur d'Uccle, Spangled Russian Orloff, Jubilee Orpington, and Tolbunt Polish? (All have the mottling gene added to some kind of brown-and-black pattern)

Or Light Brahma and Columbian Wyandotte? (Same color/pattern, different names.)
