In case that doesn't work out: for the goldendoodle puppy named Morgan/others of the same litter, would that be a good possibility if we get more info on health information? Or is it definitely a puppy mill?

I wouldn't, since you found such a wonderful cocker breeder, I'd just keep looking for pure breeds. I wouldn't get a mutt unless you literally cant find another dog right now. So many unknowns even with the "good" ones
