I don't know much about dogs but tbh it seems to me that since it's so hard to find reputable breeders for popular stuff like labradoodles it'd be even harder to find reputable breeders for sport crosses

they have an actual purpose, unlike labradoodles, often bought "just for pets"

Why not get just a whippet, or just another working dog breed?

because I prefer the fringe, and because whippets are still sighthounds, they still hold sighthound tendancies. The mixing dilutes the "houndness" down. They are superior in dog sports, combining the brains of a border collie, and the speed of a whippet.

We looked at those but we've determined that they really aren't right for us, as we really couldn't give them the attention and mental and physical activity that they need.
