Cesky Terrier

The Cesky is a small terrier dog from Czechoslovakia. The breed originated when Frantisek Horak crossed Scottish terriers with Sealyham terriers to produce a pack hunting dog for hare, fox, and red deer. The Cesky is described as loyal, intelligent, and spunky. The Cesky has some grooming demands. Like most terriers, the coat shaved regularly to prevent matting. The Cesky is a rather small dog, standing 10-13 inches, and they weigh 16-22 pounds. ​
