chickhen problem

Hi,babyturken here. Am new to site however have read it often. Have had chickhens for 10 years +. Benn able to work out most problems however got one that has me stumped. Lost 2 hens in 3 day period. Both birds started sitting around not eating, combs became dull & dropped, became dehydrated,listless & some diarrhea. No sign of worms in droppings. Got them to eat watermelon & forced a little water. Birds went overnight to seizure/death. Did necropsy & could not believe what I saw with these black stars. Almost the entire digestive tract from duodenum/small intestine was enlarged,white & solidified. Other organs looked normal considering stress. Help I have not a clue. Thanks to anyone,babyturken
