Chickies coming monday(they are early)

I have one 4-H'er who needed chicks for a pen of three project at our upcoming fair so I decided I would order chicks too to save my 4-H kid on shipping plus I want some babies!!! I also offered it up to a few friends so now between 5 of us we have about 60 chicks coming on monday from Mc Murray.

30 cornish cross for the 4-Her and my own/friends combined meat project
10 EE's for a friend
5 Polish for myself and a friend
10 Marans for fun
5 Buff Orps for a friend


I cant wait until they get here!!! I gotta clear out some brooder space from the chicks I have been hatching so there is room for these guys...

super excited, I just got a call from the main shipping center about an hour from me to let me know they have my chicks and they are open 24 hours so I am on my way down to get them right now!!

No need to make them wait in their box until monday...

all 54 chicks look perfect!!! They are eating and drinking like crazy already.
