Chicks and Avia Charge 2000

I will be getting my chicks March 2nd, they will be 3 weeks old. Can I start them on Avia Charge then, will they be to young? How often do you give it to them, every day, 2 or 3 times a week? I need help, I'm already stressing and I don't have them yet. Help

It has the doseage for chicks on the side of the bottle, shouldn't be a problem
