I have 3 full grown hens, 4 little chickens and 5 ducklings. The big hens would rather eat the chick starter and so my little chicks and ducklings are starting to eat the chicken layer feed. Is this okay?? Or do I need to start seperating them when I feed.

Chick starter is fine for hens, but layer isn't suitable for young birds. You can feed them all starter, or use a flock raiser/all flock type feed for everyone. It's easier than using 2 different feeds. Many, myself included, use flock raiser instead of layer feed.
