Hey All,
I am sure by now everyone has heard about the devastating floods here in central TX. I feel very fortunate to be alive and not homeless. However, my yard resembles the movie "A River Ran through It." The garden is the only thing happy around here. I would love suggestions on how to help my birds cope with the constant wet. My littles are in a grow out pen that is a muddy mucky mess. I have already had a mild bout of cocci and watching for any future outbreaks. These babies are way too small to mix with the 35 adults at 4 and 2.3 months. I feel so sorry for them but moving them is not possible right now. Even the adult birds are tired of having wet feet. I am worried about infected feet although so far only red and irritated looking.
Thanks
Alice
