Yeah, if you’re in a city with good food (of any ethnicity), why pay for Taco Bell?

Here in El Paso they've got quite a few. I don't get it.

Absolutely! It's like going to Cornwall and buying some fish from Newlyn market.

OK, I am obsessed with Chicken housing improvements...I am going on 2 hours sleep because my head is working on plans for making a new permanent coop G-man's tribe. They are in a temporary coop that the Egg Thief threw together when Goldie and Spud decided that they could not live together anymore and it has been great for the summer, but now they need permanent digs. I am not going to get a good nights sleep again, until it is done. LOL

I never became a regular, because they carried Pepsi products instead of Coke but mainly because they never, ever got an order correct. Like, not once. TB was a destination for late-night stoners, and all I could figure out was that they hired from their most loyal customers.

My DH told me tales of his youth, when after sharing a "smoke" with his best friend they'd stop at TacoBell and get a multipack, 10 tacos? They'd go to a movie and consume great amounts of tacos and burgers, etc.

We liked TacoBell back in the 1990s, it was pretty good take out.

I know what fish and chips are… but scraps from a magpie? What are those. Golden rings and other shiny tidbits?

Whenever we go to the shore/ocean on vacation we eat fresh seafood, nothing better.

The Magpie is a restaurant in Whitby, scraps are the extra little bits of the batter that drip off as you are putting the battered fish in the fryer, they end up floating in the oil getting extra crispy.
