Chicks and Mud

Hello, I am a first timer. I recently was gifted 3 hens, a rooster and 3 chicks. They are all form a trusted friend who hand raised them all. The mama with the chicks has dug up the grass in her ring and now that it is raining the dirt is getting muddy. Should I move the ring so the chicks do not get all muddy or is that okay? They are around two weeks old. Much thanks to all for your help!

Well it's always good to have a dry piece of grass, so I would move it just a bit (still having grass and mud). Hope it helps!
