Chicks and vaccines

I have 75 chicks, 3 weeks old. Do i have to give them anti gumboro vaccine? They seems ok to me.

I purchased chicks from a neighbor small farm. All raised on the farm. I don't know what vaccines they would need. The farm owner said if I come back for more of the chicks in the same batch it would be safe and not need any vaccines.

Would my chicks be dead by now if had bird flu? Can all vaccines be purchased at a co op or must see a vet?

There currently isn't a vaccine for the H5N2 virus. And yes, it progresses rapidly through a flock so they would probably be dropping like flies.
