The babies are 3 weeks old and my how they have grown

I think this one is a roo, bigger than all the rest and not at all afraid, actually comes to me when i am working in the box. He is all white with grey/blue feet and legs.

I am hopin this is a hen, she has been my favorite from day 1, I call her chip because she was striped like a chipmunk and she has a pronounced brown spot on top of her head, note the tail feathers, longer than any of the others.

This one looks smaller than the others but really isn't just doesn't have the tail feathers that the others have.
I couldn't get a good pic of the other one.
Any guesses?

Both chicks in the first pic look like boys. It might be too early yet, but keep an eye on them.

Thank you, I'm pretty sure that one of them is, his comb is much bigger, he is heavy legged, and somewhat aggressive, but not mean. The one closest is not as big, the comb is nowhere near as developed and it is very timid. When do they start trying to crow?

There would be a along time till they crow . When my too started to crow it was 19 weeks

In the first pic, the 2 closest to the camera look like boys. Second pic is a pullet. Third pic I'd guess is another boy.

Crowing age varies. I've seen a video of a 2-week-old crowing (very cute by the way), but it is typically not until 9-10 weeks and up. I had one that crowed at 9 weeks but most of mine have crowed for the first time around 16-17 weeks.

The two white ones in the first pic looks like they might be white leghorns:

That is my 4 week old white leghorn.

If it is a White Leghorn, i think one is a girl and one is a boy. Like I said mine is 4 weeks now, and she hasn't shown any sign of waddles

I was thinking the definate roo was a white leghorn also, but his legs and feet are dark grey and I thought leghorns legs were yellow. I'm not sure, just hoping to have the chicken tractor finished tomorrow so I can turn then out. they are getting way too big for the brooder. I'm hoping to get some buff orpington pullets in a few weeks.

The babies had a grand time in the yard today. The big white one is Froggie, he is a sweetheart, thought he was a white leghorn but his legs are grey/blue and he has black spots on his head and a few on his wing, so not sure what he is. The one beside him I call Rosie, hope she is a hen. The one to the far left I call big red, think he's a roo also.

This one is the one who's back was to the camera in the last pic, I call her (fingers crossed) Chip because she looked like a chipmunk with stripes down her back when she was tiny. Chip is my favorite and hoping that her comb stays light and she is a 'she'!

Verdict still out on breeds, probably just mutts, but I am pretty sure I have 2 hens and 2 roos. :( but we will deal with it.

Chicks are now 9 weeks old, I know one red one is a roo, 2 of the reds are hens, but still confused about this white one. It's bigger than the rest, has almost fully molted, it's comb is the same size as the hens only a little redder, sometimes. Not sure how good these pics are, let me know what you think!
