Chicks are Sick

Hey everyone!
I am new to chicken raising and need some help. I have some Chickens that are about 5 weeks old that i let go outside and now two of them are sick. What can i do to help them get better? Is there anything i can give day old chicks to help them?

Well are 5 weeks or day old? You said both. What are their symptoms?

I have two different sets of chicks. The Ones are 5 weeks old that i took outside. Runny noses and and are not really eating or drinkin or running around any more. I just got some in that were supposed to be here with the first set and they are just days old.
