My sis in law got some chicks for Easter, then offered them to me after the fact. She was told 2 were Buff Orpingtons and 2 were Ameraucana. So far I know one of the Ameraucana's is actually a Barred Rock, and I think the 2 BO's are probably actually Leghorns but I would like a second opinion on breed/sex for those 2 and the supposed remaining Ameraucana. They are approx. 10+ weeks old atm. TIA!

Picture number 3 looks like an Easter Egger (which a lot of hatcheries and people call Ameraucana). Picture number 2 looks like a white leghorn.

I don't know about the first two chickens.

BUT all of them do look like girls!

Sorry, the first pic actually has the one from pic #2 hanging out in the background, which makes there only 2 white chickens total. She wouldn't move!!! :D Thanks for the replies. I'm glad to get at least 1 EE out of the mix, and super happy if all 3 do end up as hens. I was bummed when the BR showed early signs of roo-ness, but if he's polite I may keep him around... Appreciate the quick replies and if any others have more input it will be appreciated :)
Thanks!

Looks like you have a leghorn or Plymouth Rock (depending on what colour their ear lobes turn out). The biggest looks to have some black markings on the hackle so there might be something Columbian in its breeding, and the last looks to be a Phoenix, it is too thin bodied for an Easter egger /Americauna and it doesn't have muffs.

edited to add. the "Columbian one that I had mentioned does appear to be a Delaware, I had never heard of the breed before now but other people have pointed it out. We don't have them in this country

Agreed with Irishhenman. The white ones are either leghorns or white plymouth rocks. The leghorns will lay white eggs and the Rocks will lay brown eggs. You might have to wait until they lay an egg to find out. Also, leghorn chicks are normally all yellow while the plymouth rocks can be gray with yellow. Do you know what they looked like then they were chicks? The bird in my avatar is a white rock.

They were yellow as chicks, The one is currently a lot slimmer than the other one, and the larger one has some black showing around tail and wingtips while the smaller one is all white.

If they have some other color showing they could be tetra tints (or another mixed breed like amber whites). After they feather out more you should be able to tell. In any event they should be good layers.
