Chicks began hatching on day 19

I set 15 eggs a few weeks ago. I noticed on day 19 that 7 of them had pipped. To date, day 20, 11 of the 15 have hatched and 2 more look like they might. All the chicks seem healthy and happy. I have 9 in the brooder and 2 that recently hatched are still in the incubator.

The first time I did this, I only had two eggs hatch. I am amazed at the hatch rate this time around! It's looking like it may be all but 2 of my set of 15. Since I have a mixed flock, they are all different colors, but predominantly yellow/white. So cute!

Your temp was probably a little high. Putting an extra thermometer in your incubator can help you verify proper temperatures. In my experience, hatching on day 20 -though not ideal - doesn't seem to hurt the chicks. Congratulations on your new littles!
