Chicks chirping inside incubator on day 19!!! Is this normal

what are you hatching? chickens? full size or bantam?

what have your temps been running. if you run a little hotter sometimes that can cause them to hatch sooner.

also, before they actually pip the outer shell, they will pip into the aircell and you may hear them from that, also

I have had chicks hatch on day 19.

Me too, it's well within the range of normal. 21 is just a rough average, and they always hatch a few at a time over a period of a couple of days anyway so it's hard to pinpoint... congrats!

Depends on the temp of the incubator. I run my incubator right at 100 and most of my chicks start hatching on day 19. I did have two hatches where the temp stayed between 97 and 99, and the chicks started hatching on day 21.

I have been keeping my temperatures at 100-101 because i read somewhere that i should keep it at that because my incubator is a still air model. I am hatching bantams. I woke up this morning and 3 of the 6 eggs have already pipped and are chirping.
I guess i am just a little over paranoid. My last hatch had about 15 bantams and 20 standard chickens. Almost all the standard chicken eggs hatched but not one of the bantam eggs. They were also fertile and grew. The day of hatching the bantam eggs pipped but that is as far as they went.
This time is looking a little more promising.... Thank yall
