Chicks Day 3 (with pics)

I've had these chicks for 3 days now (got them at 2 days old) and I might be a little obsessed with them lol. This is my first time ever raising chicks so I still feel pretty clueless but so far so good. My toddlers helped me pick their names out before we got them. Today I officially assigned each of them their names, since I am now confident I can actually tell them apart!! Sobe had pasty butt the first 2 days I had her but that seems to be all cleared up. DubDub is definitely the most affectionate so far. She will sit in my hand for a little while before jumping down I just wanted to share my cute babies somewhere because they are so awesome!

Sobe is getting tail feathers and Zazu has figured out how to sit on the stick without falling off!

I didn't read about placing a stick into the brooder for them to practice until they were pretty big; too big to actually pull it off. I thought it was a great idea though. In the end they still took to roosting pretty naturally.
