Chicks Dead in Egg

Sounds like to me they may have not had enough humidity. We had difficulties raising ours as well but damp sponges seemed to work really well for us. 2 of ours were shrink wrapped inside the egg but we intervened slowly over a couple hours (not to shock or stress the chick) and I'm pleased to say all have survived

Cool! I was thinking that, since we had trouble opening the membrane to see if the chicks were alive. Some tried to pip, but looked like they drowned.
